Multi-Site Home Assistant Overview

There are a number of reasons why you might want more than one instance of Home Assistant. Whatever the reason, sometimes you want complete separation (an isolated "test" system for example) but often you might want some degree of connection between them. This post looks at ways to connect separate systems together, share state data between them and even trigger actions in one system from another.
